Refund Policy: to be removed from a BCAA program once a player is registered/signed-up for a season.
· The Registration/Sign-up Fee is 50% non-refundable.
· And after Player’s Try-out but before the Draft Night, 75% of the Registration Fee is non-refundable.
· And after the Draft Night, 100% of the Registration Fee is non-refundable.
· Other refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis at the Board’s discretion with the exception of a flat $25 portion to be non-refundable to cover administration costs.
*** Note – based on the Player Participation Caps, if a player registers and does not get placed on a team, they will receive a full refund with no penalties.
